Department of the Premier Employee Relations Case Management

Purpose
The Department of the Premier (DotP) Employee Relations Case Management System is designed to manage all cases logged for and by Western Cape Government employees.

This system encompasses the following case types: Grievance, Misconduct, and Dispute

The system automatically routes a case to the relevant department and individuals, managing the case from logging to resolution. The system incorporates due dates and intelligently generates escalations to ensure that resolution is reached as quickly as possible.
